This Privacy Policy explains how Exizenly GmbH ("Exizenly", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide when completing the Exit Readiness Diagnostic at quiz.exizenly.com.
When you complete the Exit Readiness Diagnostic we collect your first name, firm name and email address. We also collect the answers you provide to the 12 diagnostic questions in order to generate your personalised exit gap analysis.
We use your information to generate and deliver your personalised Exit Readiness Analysis. With your permission — as stated at the point of data collection — we may also send you occasional insights on firm value and exit readiness. These are infrequent, one paragraph in length, and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.
We may also follow up personally by email if we believe there is something of specific value to discuss based on your diagnostic results. We will never contact you in a way that feels unsolicited or pressured.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely in MailerLite, our email service provider, which complies with GDPR. You can read MailerLite's privacy policy at mailerlite.com.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, or to unsubscribe from all communications, please email us at celine@exizenly.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications, or until you request deletion. If you have never opened any of our emails after 12 months, we will remove your details from our list.
The Exit Readiness Diagnostic does not use cookies or tracking pixels.
